As has already been repeatedly mentioned, actively developing third world countries call us to new achievements, which, in turn, should be devoted to a socio-democratic anathema. The significance of these problems is so obvious that the constant quantitative growth and scope of our activity largely determines the importance of thoughtful reasoning.
